Who am I?

I may be DeafBlind, but I see value where others do not and hear what most real estate agents miss. That is what gets my clients results in competitive Columbus housing markets.

I took over a struggling laundromat and turned it into a profitable, system-driven business by simplifying operations, focusing on service, and leading under pressure. That experience taught me how to run lean, stay calm under stress, and make strategic decisions. These are all critical skills in real estate.

My background in packaging science, marketing, and sociology from Rochester Institute of Technology helps me understand how people interact with space, systems, and neighborhoods. That insight helps buyers find homes that work for their lives and helps sellers present their homes in ways that attract strong offers.

As a licensed real estate agent in Columbus, Ohio, I work with clients across Central Ohio, from first-time homebuyers in Grove City to seasoned sellers in Bexley and Gahanna. Whether you are buying your first home or preparing to sell in today’s fast-moving market, I help you navigate every step with strategy, calm, and precision.

I live with Usher Syndrome, a condition that causes DeafBlindness. I wear a cochlear implant to hear and communicate. I use both spoken language and American Sign Language (ASL) to guide clients through buying and selling homes in Columbus. That experience shaped how I listen, adapt, and help clients see both opportunities and risks that others might miss.

I bring that perspective into every conversation about layout, lighting, mobility, and home flow. I help clients identify both value and barriers others overlook, especially when it comes to accessible housing.

As a commissioner for disability and accessibility in Columbus, I stay involved in local zoning, city planning, and housing policy decisions that affect property values and development across Central Ohio. My clients benefit from real-time insight into community trends, housing shifts, and future growth.

At home, I live in Central Ohio with my husband Rick and our son Julian. That experience reshaped how I manage my time, energy, and focus. I bring that same discipline to every client relationship, whether we are buying, selling, or planning long-term real estate goals.
